The first three pictures show two nitro boats in qualifying race. The fastest boat was going 171 miles per hour, and it took him 7 seconds to travel the quarter mile. We only watched the boats for about 1 1/2 hours, then left to get out of the heat. There are more than 150 boats participating in the race this weekend.
