In early November 2011 we spent 9 days at Parkview Riverside RV park in Concan, TX. My brother and his wife live nearby in Leakey, TX. We were surprised to see fall colors in the area. An unusual site in Texas. Made us think of the beautiful fall colors we had missed in Michigan this year. The first picture was taken along Hwy 83, Cypress trees along the Frio River in fall colors. The next three pictures were taken at Parkview Riverside RV in Concan. At least the Frio river still has water, and Garner State park was just across the river from our site. The remainder of the pictures were taken in Leakey, TX at Dan and Betty's home. We enjoyed several days visiting with them in their pecan tree covered home and guest house. They are remodeling their home and Ted was working on new electrical boxes for the main house area. The last picture is a placque in their home, great words to live by.
